Ingredients for Egg Dal Recipe
¼ bowl cooked toor dal, moong dal, masoor dal
2 eggs
1 tsp chopped garlic
¼ bowl crushed coconut
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 red chillies
4 tsp chatni
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
salt for taste
1 tsp oil
1 tsp butter
Method for Eggs Dal recipe
- Heat oil and butter in a pan. Saute red chillies pieces, garlic, onion in it.
- Add tomato, chatni, garam masala powder, coconut.
- Now add cooked dal and salt to taste.
- Add water in it. After dal boiling add beaten eggs in dal and mix slowly.
- After eggs is cooked in dal add coriander and coconut in it.
- Make it thick.
- Serve it with roti.
