The combination of spinach, cheese and pasta is extremely well in this recipe.This is a different type of spinach and pasta recipe. This is a microwave pasta recipe.

Ingredients for Cheese Pasta with Spinach Recipe
200 gm pasta (for boiling)
4 cups water (for boiling)
1 tsp oil (for boiling)
salt (for boiling)
200 gm spinach leaves
2 tbs soya sauce
2-3 flakes garlic (crushed)
1 tsp oil
70 gm soft cheese
3 tbsp milk
salt,black pepper (to taste)
Method for Cheese Pasta with Spinach
- wash and chop spinach leaves and microwave at 100% power for 3-4 min in a microwave safe bowl. Keep aside.
- In another microwave safe bowl add oil, garlic and microwave at 100% for 1 min.
- Now add spinach, cheese, milk, soya sauce, and stir well. Microwave till it starts bubbling for 100% power for 3-4 min.
- Stir in between to avoid lumping. Add salt, pepper to taste and make a smooth paste.
- Pour this sauce over boiled pasta. Mix together.Serve hot.
- Cheesy Pasta with spinach ready to eat.
