Green Mutton with Palak Recipe

This mutton recipe give spinach and mutton taste together. So this is a different non-veg. recipe for you. Try this recipe for different taste and give surprise to your family.

Ingredients for Green Mutton with Palak Recipe

½ kg. boiled mutton 
½ bowl spinach (palak) paste
2 tbsp creamy crud
7 roasted onion
4 green chillies
10 soaked cashew nuts
½ bowl coriander leaves
1 tbsp ghee
½ bowl oil
½ bowl crushed coconut 
2 bay leaf
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp powder of black pepper, cinnamon, cloves
salt

Method for Green Mutton with Palak  

  • Make paste of roasted onion, soaked cashew nuts, green chillies, coriander leaves, crushed coconut, ginger garlic.
  • Heat oil and ghee in a pan and add bay leaf. 
  • Add paste of onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic etc. and fry for few minutes.
  • Now add garam masala power (black pepper, cinnamon, cloves).
  • Add creamy curd on it.
  • Add boiled mutton, salt for taste, spinach paste and mix it.
  • Add boil water if necessary.
  • Decorate with egg slices.
