Ingredients for Green Mutton with Palak Recipe
½ kg. boiled mutton
½ bowl spinach (palak) paste
2 tbsp creamy crud
7 roasted onion
4 green chillies
10 soaked cashew nuts
½ bowl coriander leaves
1 tbsp ghee
½ bowl oil
½ bowl crushed coconut
2 bay leaf
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp powder of black pepper, cinnamon, cloves
salt

½ kg. boiled mutton
½ bowl spinach (palak) paste

1 tbsp ghee

½ bowl crushed coconut
2 bay leaf
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp powder of black pepper, cinnamon, cloves

Method for Green Mutton with Palak
- Make paste of roasted onion, soaked cashew nuts, green chillies, coriander leaves, crushed coconut, ginger garlic.
- Heat oil and ghee in a pan and add bay leaf.
- Add paste of onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic etc. and fry for few minutes.
- Now add garam masala power (black pepper, cinnamon, cloves).
- Add creamy curd on it.
- Add boiled mutton, salt for taste, spinach paste and mix it.
- Add boil water if necessary.
- Decorate with egg slices.
