Vegetable Fried Sandwich Recipe

Recipe By Alka : Vegetable Fried Sandwich 

Everyday we enjoy tasty and yummy evening with various types of snacks like chat, pizza, pasta, sandwich etc. So here one sandwich recipe for your evening snack time.


preparation time:- 10 minutes
cooking time:- 10 minutes



Ingredients for Vegetable Fried Sandwich Recipe

1 sandwich bread
butter
2 mashed potatoes
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped capsicum
1 table spoon cornflour
slate to taste 
1 tea spoon Sauce 
¼ tea spoon soy sauce 
½ tea spoon black pepper powder

Method for making Vegetable Fried Sandwich 

  • cut bread pieces into triangle shape
  • mix mashed potatoes with vegetables, sauce, slat and black pepper powder.
  • add cornflour in it.
  • apply and press mixture on bread slices.
  • deep fry mixture side of bread slice until golden brown color.
  • apply green and sweet chatni and spread shev on it.
 Tasty Vegetable Fried Sandwich is ready to serve.
