Keema and Egg Kachori Recipe

Keema Egg Kachori is one of the non veg. kachori recipe. In different types of kachori this is a delicious non veg. kachori.

Ingredients for Keema Egg Kachori Recipe

3 boiled chopped eggs (only white part)             

250 gram boiled keema 
oil for use
1 table spoon cumin seed
table spoon red chili powder
pinch of asafoetida powder
table spoon oregano 
table spoon bengal gram flour
table spoon ginger and garlic paste 
1 chopped onion
1 cup fine flour 
½ cup wheat flour
¼ tea spoon soda bicarb
1 tea spoon sour mango powder
slat to taste

Method of Keema Egg Kachori 


  • Into warm oil add cumin seeds, red chili powder, asafoetida powder, oregano, bengal gram flour mix it over low flame.
  • add ginger and garlic paste and chopped onion.
  • then add 1 tea spoon sour mango powder, keema, slat, white part of boiled egg mixed it properly.
  • take for some time for cold.
  • now making kachori cover take fine flour,wheat flour, soda bicarb and slat  mix it and make dove. Make dove's small pieces for kachori cover.
  • roll out each piece on lightly floured surface to 4 inch round.
  • then stuff mixture of keema and egg and make kachori balls. 
  • then press it lightly and deep fry it.
Now Keema and Egg Kachori is ready to serve with sauce or chatni.
