A delicately flavoured sweet corn chicken soup which is healthy and delicious too. This is easy and microwave recipe of soup.

Ingredients for Sweet Corn with Chicken Soup
1 can sweet corn (cream style)
1 cup water
3 cup chicken stock
½ cup shredded chicken
2 tbsp cornflour (mix in ½ cup water)
salt and pepper to paste
Method for making Tasty Sweet Corn with Chicken Soup Recipe
- In a microwave safe bowl add chicken stock and fresh shredded chicken and microwave at 100% for 5-6 minutes. Then keep it aside.
- Now take another microwave safe dish and add sweet corn and 1 cup water. Microwave (covered) at 100% power for 5-6 min.
- Mix together microwaved chicken and sweet corn with chicken stock and add salt, pepper to taste.
- And last mix cornflour with ½ cup cold water and add to the chicken and sweet corn and microwave (covered) at 80% for 5-6 minutes. Stir in between. Stand for 2 min. Hot Sweet corn and chicken soup is ready to serve.
