Stuffed Potato with Keema Recipe

Recipe By Alka :  Tasty Stuffed Potato with Keema 

Most of potato use in all vegetarian recipes. But this recipe is different from all. In this recipe we try to use potatoes with keema and give different taste to potato. This stuffed potato with keema recipe is also for starter food. 


preparation time:- ½ an hour
baking time:- 10-12 minutes 


  
Ingredients for Stuffed Potato with Keema recipe

5-6 half boiled potatoes (cut potatoes two pieces and with scooper give bowl shape to all pieces of potatoes and chopped remaining part of potatoes)
1 table spoon butter
1 onion
2 table spoon ginger and garlic paste
4 chopped green chilies
250 gram boiled keema 
2 table spoon cream
table spoon crushed cheese
slat to taste
black pepper powder
2 table spoon tomato sauce

Method for Making Stuffed Potato with keema 

  • In a pan take 2 table spoon butter and sauté onion,ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies. 
  • Now add chopped potato, keema and cooked 10 minutes. Then cream, slat, black pepper powder, tomato sauce and make it dry stuffing.
  • Then stuff potatoes with dry stuffing.
  • Spread crushed cheese on it and bake 10-12 minutes.
Now ready to serve your tasty Stuffed Potato with keema.
