Ingredients of Vegetable Au Gratin Recipe
100 gm. french beans (finely chopped)
100 gm. cauliflowers (chopped)
100 gm. carrots (chopped)
2 stiff tomatoes (chopped)
1 capsicum (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
½ cup mushrooms (chopped)
1 cup white sauce
salt & black pepper powder (to taste)
3 tbsp bread crumbs
½ cup grated cheese
1 tsp butter

Method for Vegetable Au Gratin in Microwave
- Preheat the microwave at MC combi-4 mode.
- In a microwave safe bowl add butter and all vegetables.
- Now add white sauce to it.
- Add salt and pepper powder to it. Mix it well.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and bread crumbs at the top.
- Bake in the preheated microwave at MC combi-4 mode for 10-15 min. on the low rack.
- Vegetable Au Gratin is ready to serve. Serve hot.
