Ingredients for Creamy Makhmali Phirni
3 cups toned milk
50 gm rice
100 gm sugar
½ cardamom power
1 tsp cream (whipped)

Ingredients for Creamy Makhmali Phirni
3 cups toned milk
50 gm rice
100 gm sugar
½ cardamom power
1 tsp cream (whipped)
Method of Makhmali Phirni
- Clean, wash and soak rice in water for 20 min. Grind rice to form paste with little water.
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave milk at 100% power for 6-7 mins.
- Add sugar and rice paste to it.
- Microwave covered for 7-8 mins. at 50% power or till it thickens.
- Stir in between.
- When cool, add whipped cream.
- Microwave at 50% power for 3-4 mins.
- Garnish with dry fruits and cardamom power.
- Chill it in the refrigerator.
- Creamy Makhmali Phirni is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
