Everyone loves to eat cake very much. Here we will learn how to make homemade Date Walnut cake.
Preparation Time :- 15 minutes
Baking Time :- 30 to 40 minutes
Ingredients to make Date Walnut Cake
115 grams flour
115 grams sugar
75 grams butter
115 grams chopped date
1/2 cup walnut
3 eggs
1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence
1/4 tea spoon baking powder
Pinch of soda bicarb
Method of making Date Walnut Cake
1/2 cup walnut
3 eggs

Method of making Date Walnut Cake
- Cut walnut in small pieces.
- Soak date in warm water with soda bicarb.
- sift flour and baking powder together 3 times.
- Sugar powder and butter mix well and add vanilla essence and egg's yellow part mix it.
- Add walnut and date.
- Add flour and last add white part of egg and mix it.
- Pour the mixture in cake pan and bake at 150°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Ready for serve.
