Coffee and Cream Sponge Cake Recipe

Recipe By Alka : Make yummy coffee and cream sponge cake.

Wow yummy coffee and cream taste together in this cake recipe. It's a homemade cake recipe. You like to make and eat also.

Preparation Time:- 15 minutes 
Baking Time :- 20-25 minutes


Ingredients for coffee cream cake recipe

90 grams powder sugar
85 grams flour
1/2 tea spoon baking powder
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
3 eggs

Ingredients for icing 

100 grams butter
100 grams icing sugar
1 table spoon coffee
4 cherries and walnut for decoration

Method of coffee cream cake 

  • Mix eggs add sugar and beat till it become smooth mixture. 
  • Then add flour and baking powder slowly and add vanilla essence.
  • Mix it properly
  • Grease an microwave safe cake pan with butter then spread some flour on it.
  • Pour the mixture of cake into greasing cake pan and bake cake for around 25 minutes at 175°C.
Method for icing

  • Beating butter whenever it becomes soften. 
  • Add sift icing sugar and slowly mix it.
  • Mix coffee into 2 table spoon warm water and add it into mixture. 
After cake is dry then cut cake into two pieces horizontally and apply cream in between two pieces like a sandwich. Apply cream over all cake and decorate it with cherries and walnuts.
